CASIRA curated the Advanced Understanding of Research for Ayush Professionals (AURA) course with support of  Pluriverse academy , aimed at enhancing research skills among Ayush professionals. This course, which is part of Project EKLAVYA, has been instrumental in equipping professionals with the necessary tools to conduct high-quality research in Ayurveda.

CASIRA curated the Advanced Understanding of Research for Ayush Professionals (AURA) course with support of Pluriverse academy

As part of Ayu Emergency Yathra, there was demonstration on how emergency care and life support be given with demonstration lead by emergency specialist and yathra lead, Dr Maƫl Voegeli. This session piqued the interest among students and showed the need of Ayush emergency care and life support training program to be rolled out as soon as possible.

Following the Ayu Emergency Yathra, CASIRA was involved in the publication of a book documenting the insights and experiences from the Yathra, contributing to the literature on Ayurvedic emergency care. This document will be one of the earliest document exploring the possibility of emergency care using Ayush practices. This book include the yathra presentations,  insights from several experts and suggestions on pandemic preparedness etc.

CASIRA collaborated with ICU India to conduct workshops on Ayurveda Emergency Care, bringing together experts to develop and share best practices in handling emergencies within the Ayurvedic framework. These workshops have been pivotal in building capacity among practitioners.

In collaboration with PPHSF Foundation, ICU India, and LUCI France, CASIRA conducted an International Trans-disciplinary Workshop at St. Thomas College, Pala. This workshop brought together experts from various disciplines to explore the epistemiologies of the global south research and practice. The workshop which happened between July 23-25, 2024 saw a lot of interesting discussions which are being documented and will be published.
